The plant is located in Plainfield, CT. The building is 80×100 with heights of 30-35 feet. The building sits on 1.8 acres with direct highway access to 395, 95, and 90. 

The building was built in 1992 and has had the same owner the entire time. It features a 14’x16′ drive in door and a dock. City water, sewer, and natural gas. The building and grounds are in great shape.
