A broad range of products are available form our modern plant, warehousing, and distribution facilities.
ACP 10 Series – Waterbase, cationic, mannich polymers. Very cost effectiveanswer to sludge dewatering and thickening problems. Custom manufactured for specific applications. Automated make-down and feed systems minimizes handling requirements.
ACP 300 Series – Cost effective cationic polymer powders. Operate over a wide pH range and sludge concentrations and types. Free flowing and dustless microbe and flake.
ACP 4000 Series – Anionic and non-anionic polymer powders. Often used in conjunction with hydrolyzed metal salts such and iron and aluminum.
ACP 60 and 60D Series – Cationic Polymer emulsions and dispersions available in a wide range of charges and molecular weights. Effective over a wise pH range and sludge concentrations and composition.
ACP 70 Series – Anionic polymer emulsions, liquid alternative to the ACP 4000 series.
ACP 200 Series – Very effective liquid cationic polymers used in low-turbidity water clarification, oil breaking, pretreatment and color removal applications.
Toll Blending
Atlantic Coast Polymers Inc. (ACP) can provide you with dry, liquid and dry to liquid blending capabilities that you may need to reach northeastern potential & current customers. Our Plainfield, CT facility is located on highway crossroads equidistant from NYC & Boston and Providence & Hartford in the heart of New England.
Using a toll blender can reduce your freight costs & delivery times. A multitude of LTL & bulk tanker carriers are readily available. Rail in/out is located nearby.
ACP has the capability of accepting bulk liquids for blending, reacting or simply repackaging into pails, drum, totes or bulk with 6-6500 gal bulk finished indoor product storage tanks with the ability to fill bulk tank trucks inside the facility or out. Various mix tanks and reactors made of stainless steel and fiberglass, some with light or heavy duty agitators/mixers.
A high rate volumetric dry feeder can feed dry products into our 5200 gallon stainless steel vertical reactors for dilution, complete with heavy duty agitators able to mix and pump 500,000+ centipois. In addition, ACP has a dry material blending and bagging operation for palleted or supersack products.
All products can be privately labeled with your artwork and shipped out under a blind shipper.
